President's Executive Cabinet Committee

Project Approvals — Four requests for facilities project approvals were discussed and approved by Executive Committee. These items will be brought forward to full Cabinet for review and approval and to Interim President Tony Frank for approval.

President's Cabinet Meeting

Budget Update — Interim President Tony Frank gave an update on possible budget scenarios. While there are many factors still to be determined, the Cabinet is confident they are able to balance the expectations of being stewards of the public trust while providing the best level of service in this economic downturn.

International Travel Form — Interim Provost Rick Miranda provided a draft form for Cabinet to give input. This form will assist in streamlining the process for international travel, risk management and insurance for campus employees and students travelling abroad.

Employee Checklist — Interim Provost Rick Miranda provided a draft checklist for Cabinet to review. Once finalized, this form will assist Departments in having a standardized process for new hires, existing employees transferring into different departments, and those employees leaving the University.

Facilities Project Approvals — Four campus projects were reviewed and are pending final approval from the Cabinet and the Interim President.
