Lise M. Youngblade
Provost and Executive Vice President
Lise Youngblade serves as Provost and Executive Vice President. In this role, Youngblade oversees the integrity and success of the institution’s academic enterprise. In this capacity, she provides leadership for the Deans of the Libraries, Graduate School and eight colleges; the Vice President for Enrollment and Access; the Vice President for Student Affairs; and the Office of the Chair of the Faculty Council among other responsibilities.
Youngblade joined Colorado State in 2006 from the University of Florida to lead the Department of Human Development and Family Studies. In 2019, she became Dean of the College of Health and Human Sciences after previously serving as the College’s Associate Dean for Research and Associate Dean for Strategic Initiatives.
She earned her Ph.D. and M.S. in Human Development and Family Studies from The Pennsylvania State University, and her B.S. in Psychology from the University of Oregon.
