Interim Director of Athletics

John Weber serves as CSU’s interim director of athletics. John earned a bachelor’s from CSU in 1991, and with his background in business and engineering, he pursued a successful career in the high-tech sector. John has deep experience operating across all stages of business evolution, and from 2015-21 he served as president and CEO of Long Range Systems, a leading innovator in onsite wireless technology. John’s service to CSU has included membership on the College of Business Global Leadership Council since 2018, where he served as the council’s chair for two years. He also founded and served as executive director of The Green and Gold Guard, CSU’s NIL collective.
